Book your Destination Discovery Call now & take the first step towards your dream vacation!

Named a Top Travel Specialist by Condé Nast Traveler in 2021 and 2022, I’ll save your HOURS of research and planning during your customized call.

I don’t have to tell you that vacation planning is extremely time-consuming.

But did you know that on average, people spend 20-30 hours planning a vacation—and some (🙋) even spend 40+ hours?! One study found that on average, in the 45 days leading up to a trip, people spent over 5 hours PER DAY on travel planning!

Because here’s the problem: there’s just SO MUCH information out there.

GAAAHH… This is supposed to be a vacation, not a second job!

Or maybe this sounds familiar:

Don't do that—you deserve a great vacation!

Book your call with an award-winning luxury travel expert now. For less than the price of a checked bag, you’ll receive instant clarity on your next vacation and save HOURS trying to figure it out yourself.

You could do it all on your own, but ...

… you might spend all that time researching and still not know if the information is reliable.

Casa Gilardi, Mexico City

So by now you’re probably thinking:

“Okay, so how the heck am I supposed to put together this amazing trip without spending half my waking hours sifting through all corners of the internet?”

I totally get the thrill of planning your own trips—it’s part of the adventure! And you may even be pretty good at it. But you and I both know that there’s a difference between a passion and a profession.

Travel professionals live and breathe travel, and have access, resources and connections that you just can’t match on your own. Plus, you don’t know what you don’t know.

Think of it this way:

You work with a financial advisor to help you invest your money.

So why wouldn’t you turn to a travel advisor to help you invest something even more precious: your leisure time?

Working with a travel expert is the fastest, easiest way to cut through the noise, streamline your travel planning, and maximize that precious PTO.

Book a Destination Discovery Call and I'll take you from overwhelmed to excited in 20 minutes flat.

I like to call it a Disco Call! 🪩🕺 And on it, we’ll have fun chatting and getting to know each other while I help you:

So who the heck am I?

Stephanie Dosch in Barcelona's Park Guell

Hola, I’m Stephanie! 👋

And fortunately for you, I’m an award-winning luxury travel expert.

I spent 11 years working at one of the best private tour operators in the world, and I’ve planned customized trips for hundreds of demanding, discerning clients (think Succession, but nicer). In fact, I was named a Top Travel Specialist in Conde Nast Traveler in 2021 and 2022.

I know how demanding travel planning can be (hola, it’s my job!), and I know how hard it can be to find good travel advice.

You just want someone who gets you—but also knows what they’re talking about—to tell you where to go, how to put it all together, and what to see and do in each place.

And to VIP you at the hotels.

Well, you’re in luck, my friend, because that someone is me!

“You always have the best recommendations, especially when it comes to travel, restaurants, local attractions. You were the one who told us to go to a ryokan in Hakone as a stop on our honeymoon and it's now one of my favorite places on earth.”
Sheila S.
“Our Italy trip was awesome. I was able to check every single item off my bucket list!”
Tammy B.
“Thank you for everything! You have planned two of the best trips of my entire life - and I will never be able to thank you enough.”
Peter J.
New York City
“You have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you for the perfect service and attention to every detail you have provided to us.”
Robbin K.

Is this service for me?

I want to make sure this call is the right fit for you 👍, so let’s recap:

It’s not for you if:

But you should book the call STAT if:

Heian-jingu Shrine, Kyoto, Japan

Your time is valuable, as is mine.

On your end, it’s really a courtesy fee so I make sure I’m not staring at myself on an empty Zoom screen.

On my end, I want to make sure you get something out of the call. We’ll certainly talk about whether my travel planning services are the right fit for you, but I want you walk away with your questions answered and clear next steps, whether you decide to continue the journey with me or not. If you don’t, I’ll refund the call.

And if we do continue to work together, I’ll deduct the cost of the call from my planning fee.

For most destinations, I think 6 months is the sweet spot to ensure availability and avoid disappointment. Some exceptions where you should plan as early as possible are small properties that sell out quickly, like safari lodges and Galapagos or Nile cruises; peak seasons like the week between Christmas and New Year’s in Patagonia, cherry blossom season in Japan, or peak summer on the Amalfi Coast. On our Destination Discovery Call, I can help you figure out the best time to travel to your dream destination, and give you the game plan of when and how to start making arrangements.

We can certainly start talking much earlier, but keep in mind that most hotels and airlines won’t allow you to book more than a year in advance.

That’s exactly what I’m here for! On our Destination Discovery Call, I’ll help you clarify your vacation vision and figure out your dream destination. I’ve talked many clients through this over the years.

Possibly, but doing all the research yourself takes a lot of time and effort, and the results of any of the above options would still be unvetted. If you want an amazing trip, you need guidance and great recommendations.

Pretty much. I haven’t been everywhere, but I know a lot about a lot of places, and if I don’t have the answer, I have the resources to get it.

At my previous job, I was the go-to expert for Japan, Mexico, Hawaii, South America (particularly Peru, Ecuador & Galapagos, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia), Southeast Asia (particularly Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand), African safaris, China, Australia & New Zealand, India, Sri Lanka, Spain & Portugal, Scotland, the Netherlands & Belgium, Sicily, and Croatia & the Balkans. I’ve also arranged a ton of trips to England, France, Italy, Central Europe, Greece, and Morocco.

I still haven’t been to Iceland, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea, Bhutan, Egypt or Jordan (all at the top of my bucket list!) but I’ve arranged many trips to all of them, with fantastic feedback.

So basically, if you have a destination in mind, I can probably help you, and if I can’t I’ll refund the call fee.

Yes ma’am! Been there done that got the T-shirt!

I’ve arranged hundreds of trips for clients who had particular interests, like super foodies and art connoisseurs, or specific needs, from mobility challenges to working their vacation around a meeting or event.

In fact, that’s even more reason to work with a professional: I can streamline the process for you, helping you figure all of that out and making sure your itinerary includes exactly what you want and need it to.

I don’t, since these aren’t my specialty. But I’m happy to give you guidance and point you in the right direction, or suggest routes and itineraries where appropriate.

The exceptions are overnight cruises on the Peruvian Amazon, in the Galapagos and on the Nile, as well as Belmond cruises and trains (such as the Royal Scotsman and the Andean Explorer trains)—I work with these regularly and know the products well.

I’ve been in the travel industry since 2007 (including 11 years at one of the best luxury private tour operators in the world) and was named a Top Travel Specialist by Condé Nast Traveler in 2021 and 2022.

If you already work with someone and you’re happy with them, or if they specialize in something I don’t (like flights or cruises), great!

But if you’re here, I’m guessing you’re looking for something different. Here are some questions to ask:

  • Is she a travel expert, or has she just turned a hobby into a side hustle?
  • Does she have access to partnerships with dozens of the top luxury brands like Virtuoso, Belmond, Rosewood, Four Seasons, and Rocco Forte?
  • Does she understand and even share your taste and interests?

At my previous job, top travel advisors came to ME for their most important clients. So if you want to know you’re getting top-notch planning and recommendations, I’m your girl.

Yes! I work with 5-star hotels because that’s my expertise and that’s where I can provide added value through my partnerships. BUT, this doesn’t mean you have to spend a month’s rent per night at the most expensive hotel in town in order to have a great experience.

It’s my job to make sure we find the right hotel for YOU. “5-star” can range from a super-glitzy brand-name hotel to an amazing little family-run boutique property—and can include quite a few things in between.

While those top hotels are where I have the most experience and expertise, that actually makes me even more qualified to recognize which of the other luxury options are actually worth spending your money on.

Also, when I book a luxury hotel for you, you get hundreds of dollars’ worth of added value, stretching those vacation dollars even farther.

Now, if you’re one of those people who thinks the hotels don’t matter because all you’re doing is sleeping, let me stop you right there—the hotels affect your overall experience more than you think. Picture this: after a long day of sightseeing, where would you rather return to rest, relax and change before dinner:

  1. Some sad business hotel that’s a 40-minute subway ride away and has no restaurants or nightlife nearby, OR
  2. A centrally located, beautiful hotel with great service, spacious rooms and a strong sense of place, where even locals come to have a drink or a nice meal?

Number 2, amirite?

Trust me, it’s worth having the best hotels when you want an unforgettable vacation.

Stop taxiing around the tarmac.
Let’s get those travel dreams off the ground! 🛫

You’ve got two options.:

  1. You could spend hours spinning your wheels, trying to figure it all out yourself.
  2. Or you can get instant clarity from an expert.

Because planning a vacation shouldn’t feel like a second job.
